Industrial Flooring

Comprehensive flooring solutions for industrial facilities — resin, ceramic and stainless steel MegaPlate. We advise on technology suited to the industry, design, supply materials and coordinate installation. We meet HACCP, FDA and European standards.

Three main flooring technologies for industry

In facilities with elevated technical, hygiene and durability requirements the floor is one of the key structural elements — it determines safety, maintenance costs and service life. We offer three core technologies selected to match project specifics:

Resin-based flooring

Resin coatings applied to concrete substrates create a seamless, load- and chemical-resistant surface that is easy to clean. Ideal where surface continuity is required — food processing, pharmaceuticals, car parks and garages. View full resin flooring range →

Industrial ceramic tiles

Proven solution for environments demanding maximum mechanical and chemical resistance — professional kitchens, breweries and production halls. Check industrial tiles →

Stainless steel tiles MegaPlate 300

Modern solution combining stainless steel benefits (hygiene, corrosion resistance) with industrial tile durability. Used in the most demanding food and pharmaceutical facilities. Discover MegaPlate 300 →

Industries we serve

Each sector imposes specific requirements — resistance to particular substances, load classes and hygiene standards. Our systems operate in:

Technical standards we meet

All our flooring solutions comply with the most common industry norms:

  • HACCP — food safety, fully sealed surfaces, no contamination traps
  • FDA — food contact (on request)
  • PZH Certificate — National Institute of Hygiene approval for food facilities
  • EN 13813 — European standard for mineral and resin floors
  • Slip resistance R10-R13 — according to DIN 51130

Renovation of existing floors

Not only new installations — we also provide complete renovation of damaged or worn floors. We diagnose the substrate, select the repair or refurbishment technology and coordinate execution. See renovation offer →

Full project support — from concept to completion

We do not sell “materials only”. We advise on technology choice based on load analysis, operating environment and hygiene requirements. We prepare technical specifications, supply materials and coordinate installation with trusted contractors. After completion — warranty and service.

Frequently asked questions

Which floors do you recommend for food plants?

For most food facilities the optimal choice is resin floors (polyurethane-cement Ucrete) or stainless steel tiles MegaPlate 300 — they provide full tightness, easy cleaning (HACCP), detergent and high-temperature resistance. For less demanding zones (warehouses, corridors) epoxy floors are sufficient.

Do you carry out renovation of existing floors?

Yes — we offer complete renovation, from local repairs to full refurbishment and replacement. We diagnose the substrate, select the appropriate repair technology and coordinate execution. Details in the floor renovation section.

What loads can your floors withstand?

Depending on technology: resin floors — up to 10 t/m² (AR1-AR4 classes acc. EN 13813), ceramic tiles — mechanical loads comparable to concrete, MegaPlate 300 — highest point-load strength (ideal for forklifts). Class is selected for each facility.

What is the typical lead time for an industrial floor?

Resin floor 500 m² — 7-14 days from substrate preparation to service. Ceramic tiles — 14-21 days for similar area. MegaPlate 300 — 5-10 days installation. Exact schedule is provided in the quotation after site inspection.

Do your floors have PZH approval?

Yes. All materials we use (resins, grouts, tiles) hold PZH certificates for food contact. On request we supply complete documentation for project handover.

What substrate requirements apply for resin flooring?

Concrete substrate must have minimum strength C20/C25, moisture below 4 %, flatness ±5 mm over 2 m straight edge, clean surface free of laitance. Substrate diagnosis and preparation are included in our full-service package.
