What grade of stainless steel is used for professional kitchen equipment?
We use V2A (1.4301 / AISI 304) and V4A (1.4404 / AISI 316L) stainless steel. The molybdenum-enhanced V4A grade offers superior resistance to chlorine, acids and salt, making it ideal for commercial kitchens with intensive cleaning and aggressive media.
Which floor drain is suitable for a professional kitchen?
Professional kitchens use linear and point stainless steel drains. We offer slot channels with 8-20 mm openings and floor drains rated from load class B125 to F900, matched to traffic intensity and floor loads.
Are the products suitable for food contact and hygiene requirements?
Yes. Our stainless steel products carry PZH approval and comply with HACCP. B&K Group is an EHEDG member, confirming hygienic design. Each batch can be supplied with 3.1 mill certificate according to EN 10204.
Do you also manufacture stainless steel furniture and worktables for kitchens?
Yes. In addition to drainage systems we produce custom stainless steel furniture - worktables, countertops and fitted units tailored to kitchen layouts. Joints are TIG/MIG welded for durable, aesthetic seams.
Which floor finish do you recommend for professional kitchens?
For commercial kitchens we recommend resin floors: epoxy and polyurethane-cement Ucrete, resistant up to 120 °C. MegaPlate 300 tiles are also available. Floors are integrated with stainless steel drains for a hygienic, low-maintenance system.
Do you deliver outside Poland?
Yes. B&K Group manufactures and exports stainless steel equipment and drains to EU countries, the UK, Turkey, the Middle East and Africa. Stainless steel products, including custom stainless steel furniture, are supplied to foodservice and industrial facilities.
