Profile Forming

We specialize in precision steel profile forming using the cold rolling method (roll forming), creating profiles of any cross-section and length. This technology ensures high repeatability, accuracy, and minimal waste. We produce simple and complex profiles from various steel grades, including stainless steel, for construction, automotive, logistics, and other industries. We offer custom design, bending, welding, and surface finishing (galvanizing, powder coating). We manufacture profiles with up to 17 precise bends, including punching and cutting to the final length.

Already at an early stage of the process, operations such as:

hole making (threaded or unthreaded),
embossing,
nut assembly,
can be integrated, significantly streamlining production and shortening lead times.

Materials used for our profiles

Black steel – we offer profiles made from steel grades DC01, DC03, DD11, DD12, S235, S355, and modern high-strength steels such as HC180, HC220, HC260, HC300, HC370, HC420, or HC500. This material is ideal for structural, construction, and industrial applications.
Galvanized black steel – available with protective coatings from Z100 to Z275 and grades DX51, DX52, S250, S320. The zinc layer effectively protects against corrosion, making the profiles suitable for demanding environmental conditions.
Coated black steel – offered in a wide range of colors according to the RAL catalog, in grades DX51, S250, S320. This solution combines the mechanical strength of steel with an aesthetic finish, making it ideal for projects where both durability and design matter.
Stainless steel – a top-quality material valued for its corrosion resistance, longevity, and modern appearance. Used where reliability, hygiene, and elegant finishing are required.

Cold roll forming of profiles is a continuous process of bending a steel strip unwound from a coil, which passes through a series of specially designed forming rollers. At each stage, the material is gradually shaped until it achieves the final required cross-section. Thanks to this technology, there is no need for an additional cutting stage to achieve the appropriate length – all profiles are produced directly to the final length, significantly reducing production time and minimizing material waste.

This technology ensures high repeatability, dimensional accuracy, and surface quality, even in large production runs. Our profiles are used in construction, automotive, electrical engineering, logistics, and interior equipment production, among others.
