Resin Flooring

We deliver professional epoxy resin and UCRETE flooring for food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Epoxy resins provide seamless, chemical-resistant surfaces, while UCRETE withstands extreme temperatures up to 120°C. Integrated V2A/V4A stainless steel floor drains (Bodenablauf) ensure hygiene and efficient liquid removal.

Available resin floor systems:

EPOXY:

  1. Epoxy resin SMOOTH
  2. Epoxy resin SMOOTH + UV topcoat
  3. Epoxy resin NON-SLIP with 0.4-0.8 quartz

POLYURETHANE-CEMENT:

  1. PU-cement flooring 8 kg/m² - 5 mm SMOOTH
  2. PU-cement flooring 8 kg/m² - 5 mm NON-SLIP R10-R11
  3. PU-cement flooring 8 kg/m² - 5 mm NON-SLIP R12-R13
  4. PU-cement flooring 14 kg/m² - 9 mm NON-SLIP R11-R12
  5. PU-cement flooring 14 kg/m² - 9 mm NON-SLIP R12-R13

We specialise in high-performance industrial resin flooring – epoxy and polyurethane-cement (UCRETE) systems for facilities with strict hygiene and mechanical requirements. Installations include food processing plants, dairies, breweries, warehouses, laboratories and chemical & pharmaceutical sites.

Epoxy resin floors deliver aesthetics, chemical resistance and easy cleaning with a seamless, high-strength surface. UCRETE polyurethane-cement systems perform under extreme conditions – temperatures up to 120 °C and aggressive chemicals.

Every industrial floor requires correctly selected stainless steel drainage systems. We design and install corrosion-resistant V2A or V4A stainless steel channels and floor drains (Bodenablauf) that guarantee efficient removal of water and process liquids while meeting strict sanitary standards.

With many years of experience and partnerships with leading manufacturers we provide tailored stainless steel drainage and resin flooring solutions.

Full service – technical consultation, design, installation and stainless steel drain assembly.

Choose epoxy or UCRETE resin flooring combined with our V2A/V4A stainless steel drainage systems for durable, hygienic and low-maintenance industrial floors.

Frequently asked questions

What resin flooring systems do you offer?

We offer three main systems: (1) epoxy resin floors – excellent mechanical and chemical resistance at competitive cost (warehouses, factories, car parks); (2) polyurethane-cement UCRETE floors – highest resistance to heat and aggressive chemicals (food processing, breweries, dairies); (3) fast-curing MMA resin floors – ready in 1 hour for 24/7 facilities.

What is the difference between epoxy and polyurethane resin floors?

Epoxy floors are hard and rigid with good chemical resistance at ambient temperature – ideal for production halls and warehouses. Polyurethane systems are more flexible, better at absorbing dynamic loads and resistant to 80-120 °C contact temperatures and aggressive chemicals. UCRETE polyurethane-cement combines both advantages and is the premium choice for food processing.

How long does resin floor installation take?

Typical 500 m² hall: 4-layer epoxy resin floor – 7-14 days from substrate preparation to full service. UCRETE polyurethane-cement – 3-5 days. MMA resin floor – 24 h from first coat to full load. Duration depends on substrate moisture, ambient temperature and system build-up.

Are resin floors suitable for food industry (HACCP)?

Yes – when the correct system is selected. UCRETE polyurethane-cement floors are the standard in food processing: seamless, non-slip, resistant to detergents, hot water, acids and fats. They comply with HACCP, IFS, BRC and ISO 22000. Epoxy floors are suitable for secondary zones (warehouses, corridors, offices) but not for heavy wash-down production areas.

What loads can resin floors withstand?

Load classes AR1-AR4 according to EN 13813. AR1 – light traffic, AR2 – medium (manual warehouses), AR3 – heavy (forklifts up to 5 t), AR4 – very heavy (forklifts >5 t, continuous traffic). UCRETE floors support up to 10 t/m² and truck traffic. Load class is selected according to internal transport requirements.

What is the price of resin flooring per m²?

Price depends on system and site conditions. Approximate rates: thin epoxy 50-90 PLN/m², medium epoxy 90-150 PLN/m², 3-5 mm epoxy 150-250 PLN/m². UCRETE polyurethane-cement 250-400 PLN/m². MMA 200-350 PLN/m². Prices include materials and labour. Substrate preparation (shot-blasting, milling) – additional 30-60 PLN/m².
