Services

Comprehensive stainless steel and mild steel processing in one place — from laser cutting, bending and profile forming to TIG/MIG welding. We deliver custom serial production, prototypes and semi-finished components according to client documentation.

Full-range steel processing under one roof

We operate our own machine park that enables complete stainless steel fabrication — from raw sheet cutting, shaping and joining to surface finishing. This shortens the supply chain and ensures quality control at every stage.

Laser cutting

Modern lasers up to 10 kW let us cut:

  • Stainless steel up to 50 mm thick
  • Mild steel up to 50 mm thick
  • Aluminium and copper (thinner gauges)

Cutting accuracy: ±0.1 mm. Complex geometries from DWG, DXF or STEP files. Standard post-cut finishing: deburring and edge chamfering.

Bending and profile forming

CNC machines for sheet and profile bending — prototypes as well as serial runs. We specialise in cold profile rolling for precise dimensions and repeatable quality in large batches.

Stainless and mild steel welding

Certified welders and full equipment:

  • TIG welding — highest seam quality for food, pharmaceutical and decorative applications
  • MIG/MAG welding — fast joining of structural elements and larger assemblies
  • Robotic welding for serial production

Every weld is visually inspected; welding documentation compliant with industry standards available on request.

Custom serial production

Short and long production runs — from first prototype to deliveries in tens of thousands of pieces. JIT delivery schedules, buffer warehousing and framework agreements for regular clients.

Semi-finished components

We also supply ready-to-process stainless steel parts: cut-to-size sheets, bent profiles and welded assemblies. This allows clients to outsource the first production stage and focus on core competencies.

Surface finishing

  • Polishing — mirror finish for premium furniture and pharmaceutical use
  • Brushing — satin finish for foodservice and technical interiors
  • Passivation — full corrosion resistance restored after processing

Materials: stainless steel and mild steel

We process both stainless steel (V2A and V4A grades) and mild structural steel according to project requirements. Material can be supplied from our stock or accepted as customer-furnished.

Documentation and quality

Mill certificates 3.1 according to EN 10204 are standard. On request we provide: CE declarations of conformity, welding documentation, dimensional inspection reports and material certificates.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum production volume you accept?

No minimum volume — we handle single prototypes as well as large series. Small orders receive individual pricing that includes setup costs (laser programming, tooling).

Can I supply my own material or do you provide it?

Both options are possible. We normally supply material from our stock (V2A, V4A, mild steel) with full mill certificates. Customer-furnished material is also accepted when accompanied by the supplier’s material certificate.

What is the accuracy of laser cutting?

Standard laser cutting tolerance is ±0.1 mm for thicknesses up to 30 mm. For thicker material (up to 50 mm) tolerance may be ±0.2 mm. Exact tolerance is agreed per project.

Which technical files do you accept?

Standard formats: DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES, PDF with dimensions. For complex structures we prefer 3D models (STEP). Hand sketches are also accepted — our engineering team will create production drawings.

How long does prototype production take?

Simple prototype — from 3 working days. More complex assemblies (bending, welding, inspection) — 1–3 weeks. Express lead times available on request.

Which certificates do you issue after completion?

We always include 3.1 mill certificate per EN 10204 for the material used. On request we also provide: welding documentation, CE declaration of conformity, dimensional inspection report and quality acceptance certificate.
