Our offer covers nine product categories united by one key feature: V2A or V4A stainless steel as the base material. All products are manufactured in-house with full quality control and documentation.

Materials: V2A and V4A

Steel grade selection depends on the operating conditions of the finished product:

V2A (1.4301 / AISI 304) — versatile stainless steel for indoor applications, gastronomy and light industry. Optimal quality-to-price ratio.
V4A (1.4404 / AISI 316L) — molybdenum-alloyed, resistant to chlorine, acids and salts. Used in pools, chemical industry and outdoor installations.

Stainless Steel Tiles MegaPlate 300

Innovative perforated stainless steel floor tiles — combining metal durability with the hygiene of a smooth surface. Ideal for heavy industry, warehouses, steelworks, shipyards as well as food and pharmaceutical plants where traditional ceramics reach their service-life limit.

Process and Storage Tanks

Stainless steel tanks for raw materials, process media and CIP cleaning. Vertical and horizontal configurations, open or closed, with or without agitators.

Floor and Wall Penetrations

Sealing solutions for installations passing through building partitions — especially required in food production and pharmaceutical facilities.

Series and Custom Production

We handle orders from single prototypes to series of several thousand pieces. For every client we select the optimal production strategy: laser cutting (0.1 mm precision), CNC bending, TIG/MIG welding, surface finishes (polishing, brushing, passivation).

Documentation and Certificates

Every material batch is supplied with a 3.1 mill certificate according to EN 10204. On request we provide technical documentation, CE declarations of conformity and quality inspection reports.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between V2A and V4A stainless steel and which grade should I choose?

V2A (AISI 304) is a versatile stainless steel used for most indoor applications: furniture, hatches, profiles. V4A (AISI 316L) contains molybdenum and resists chlorine and salts — ideal for pools, chemical industry and installations exposed to road salt or acids. We provide free advice during quotation.

Do you manufacture custom products according to our drawings?

Yes — custom production is our speciality. We accept DWG, DXF drawings as well as hand sketches, photos or functional descriptions. Our engineering team will prepare manufacturing drawings and a quotation.

What certificates do you issue?

As standard we supply 3.1 certificate according to EN 10204 for the material. Both V2A and V4A hold PZH approval for food contact. On request we issue CE declarations, quality control reports and technical documentation.

What are typical lead times?

Stock items — shipment in 5-10 working days. Series production — 3-6 weeks. Prototypes and custom builds — from 2 weeks for simple parts up to 8 weeks for complex projects. Exact lead time is given at quotation.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We have no rigid limits. We produce single prototypes (1 piece) as well as large series (several thousand pieces). For small orders we offer individual pricing that includes setup costs.

Do you provide transport and installation?

Transport within Poland and the European Union is arranged by our own fleet or trusted partners. On-site installation is carried out in cooperation with specialist contractors — details are agreed individually for each project.
